We wish to inform everyone the Medical Device Centralized Reporting System (MeDCReSt) will cease to be available on 29th until 30th October 2022 due to Uncheduled Maintenance. The details are as follow:

Maintenance Activity

Unscheduled Maintenance: System Corrective Maintenance (CM)
Maintenance Start: 29th October 2022, 00:00hrs MYT (GMT+8)
Maintenance End: 30th October 2022, 23:59hrs MYT (GMT+8)
Service Affected: During this time, establishments are unable to access MeDCReSt to submit any reporting. All system will be back online on Monday, 31st October 2022 00:00hrs MYT (GMT+8).

We wish to express our regret for any inconvenience this maintenance may cause. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding in the matter. We will continue to improve our level of service and we look forward to your continued support.
